1. General 

The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the rules for participating in the “Arsenal Play on the Emirates Stadium Pitch” via Instagram (“Giveaway”) held by Bitpanda GmbH, with its corporate seat in Stella-Klein-Löw Weg 17, A-1020 Vienna (“Bitpanda”) and the resulting legal relationship between Bitpanda and participating Instagram users (“Participant” as defined in clause 3 or “you”). The Promotion is administered and run by Bitpanda and is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Arsenal Football Club. By entering the prize draw, you acknowledge that The Arsenal Football Club Limited (company number 109244) shall not have any liability to you in connection with this Promotion.

Please be advised, participating in the Giveaway shall constitute your unconditional acceptance to be bound by these Terms.

This Giveaway takes place on Instagram.

2. Duration 

This Giveaway begins with the publication of the corresponding Instagram post and ends on the 9th of May 2026, at 23:59 (CEST) (“Giveaway Period”).

3. Eligibility and Entry: 

Entry is open to Instagram users (“Participant”) who

(a) meet all the entry criteria described in these Terms and accept these Terms:

(b) have reached the minimum participation age of 18 years,

Each person may only take part in the Giveaway via Instagram once. Multiple entries are not permitted. Bitpanda reserves the right to exclude Participants from the Giveaway in the event of multiple entries. Anyone found to use multiple accounts to enter will be ineligible.

The following natural or legal persons are not eligible to enter the Giveaway:

(a) persons performing market-making services or any similar services, as well as institutional investors,

(b) employees and the immediate family members of such employees of Bitpanda or its affiliated companies, parent companies, subsidiaries, participating promotional partners, advertising agencies, and any company involved in the creation, production, or fulfillment of the Giveaway.

4. Prize Drawings, Notifying Winners, and Distribution of the Prize  

Bitpanda will select the winners randomly, and the prizes will be sent out according to the criteria set out below:
2x Tickets to the Bitpanda Play on the Emirates Stadium Pitch Event on May 27, 2026. The event will take place from 11:30 until 15:30 UK time. The drawing for the tickets will take place on the 11th of May 2026.

The Prize consists solely of the Tickets to the event. All other costs, including but not limited to travel to/from the Emirates Stadium, accommodation, meals, and personal expenses, are expressly excluded and are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be resold or offered for resale.

The participants who are declared winners in accordance with this section will be notified via private message. The winners must respond to this within 24 hours by providing Bitpanda with their contact details (first name, last name, e-mail address) for further communication via private message. The tickets will be sent by email to the winners. In the event a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or refuses the prize, the potential winner will be disqualified without further notice, and an alternative winner may be selected. Bitpanda assumes no responsibility for undeliverable emails. All potential winners may be subject to verification by Bitpanda.

5. Disqualification

Bitpanda reserves the right to disqualify a Participant it suspects or finds (i) to have tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, (ii) to be acting in collusion with other Participants aimed at manipulating or disrupting the Giveaway, (iii) to be acting in violation of these Terms or (iv) to have provided inaccurate information.

Disqualified Participants will not be entitled to become a Winner or win any other Prize under this Giveaway.

Winners represent they are medically fit to participate in the on-pitch activities. Winners must comply with all Emirates Stadium ground regulations and the Arsenal Code of Conduct. Bitpanda and/or Arsenal FC reserve the right to refuse participation to any individual for safety, security, or regulatory reasons.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall Bitpanda be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway.

Bitpanda reserves the right, without any prior notice or compensation to you, to suspend, cancel, postpone, or modify the Giveaway at any time, for any reason whatsoever. You do not have any legal claim against Bitpanda arising out of or in connection with this Giveaway.

If the event is cancelled for any reason (including stadium unavailability or force majeure), no financial compensation will be provided for lost travel or accommodation costs.

Participation in the prize is subject to compliance with all applicable health, safety and participation requirements imposed by the Bitpanda, Arsenal Football Club and/or the relevant venue operator. Winners and any accompanying persons may be required to confirm that they are physically fit to participate and must follow all instructions provided.
As a condition of participating in the experience, winners and accompanying persons will be required to sign standard waivers and liability releases required by the Bitpanda, Arsenal Football Club and/or venue operator. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in refusal of participation and forfeiture of the prize without compensation.

7. Privacy and Taxes

All data processing at Bitpanda is carried out on the basis of the contractual obligation in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) to establish the legal relationship with the participant and for the subsequent implementation and processing of the Giveaway.

Winners are solely responsible for any/all applicable taxes related to the Prize. Potential Winner should consult a tax advisor to determine the tax implications of accepting any Prize.

By accepting the Prize and signing up to the event via the dedicated Luma Page, Winners grant Bitpanda a royalty-free license to use their image, likeness, and any captured content for promotional purposes across all media channels.

8. Contact

Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these conditions of participation. Cash payment of the prize is not possible. Legal recourse is excluded.

The Giveaway is in no way connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organised by Instagram. The recipient of the information provided by the participants is not Instagram, but Bitpanda, as the organiser.
